Not every company has integrity

Metabo's customer service isl acking. My Industrial small grinder lasted 5 months and Metabo Service Centre would not honour their warranty. A entry level Ryobi small grinder lasted more than a year doing the same job, and Ryobi still offered me a discount on a new one. Metabo offered me a repair bill of 75% of the grinders cost. If Metabo will not honour their warranties and fix their mistakes their product has zero value.
