Metabo power tools

bought a Metabo cut off saw from action bolt ,the blade does not run true to the base of the saw ,this is a manufacturing defect and canot be adjusted . After many phone calls to action bolt and them sitting with the saw Darrel the metabo rep phoned me . First he said it is not a precision machine and I cannot expect it to cut straight ,it is running about 7 deg out of square and actually cuts into the bottom guard . Then he told me he checked it and it was fine ,I asked him how he checked it ,and told him he was lying about checking it to be square . Then he told me it was the blade I was using , the blade spins and cannot cause this problem . I bought a metabo saw because they are supposed to produce quality tools I am disgusted with the quality and after sales service I have received.
