Metabo bad service

On the 30th November, I had cause to have two power tools repaired, a Makita grinder and a Metabo drill. Makita service fantastic, Metabo non existent. At Makita, repair accepted, collection day confirmed, great service. At Metabo, I arrived at 1615. Went to wrong place and told to go back to car and drive around, but hurry as they are going home soon. At correct place, now close to sometime, I am told their computers are down and they cannot confirm they can repair the drill. Probably smithed off for the night! Wrote my name and number on a piece of paper and was told I would be contacted the next morning. To date no call. Wrote same story above on their website on Sunday, guess what, co response. This morning on the phone, I asked to speak to the service manager. He no longer works there. SO NO DRILL NO CONTACT I WONDER WHERE MY DRILL IS!
