Damage goods

Hi<br> I booked my laptop in by Met tronics, [URL Removed] on 17 Sep. i eventually fetched it 30 Sep. i hand them a laptop with no display yet was still running. They handed me a laptop with no display, however its making now a funny beep sound when you switch it on. Worse of all the cover which slides iver the hard drive is missing. Im told by them that they lost it in the process of cleaning. <br> When I asked again through an email, Im told that what will a hard drive cover do to a laptop deal. <br> However they did something good,they at least fix some poor fininshes of a previous tech. I just want the cover that fits over my hard drive. Lenovo R400. Core 2 Duo 2.67 Ghz
