BAD SERVICE and BAD Attitude

Ordered goods - 8 months later I haven't received anything.<br> Juan-Mary cancelled 3 appointments an hour before we had to meet, she also does not answer my phone calls and replies on her mails takes 2 weeks and longer. <br> This person is not to trust - I already paid for the goods but the production was stopped because she misunderstood me (her words) <br> She refuse to give back my money or the goods. <br> Now another person is in charge of handling the workload as Juan-Mary started a new job. <br> I asked for my money back again and more excuses followed.<br> DO NOT make use of this supplier.
