Disgusting Peanuts

Opened a bag of Messaris peanuts. What I found was disgusting (peanuts were stuck together by some unknown substance). Upon contacting their "customer care" number it sounded like someone on the factory floor had answered the phone. I informed them of my experience. They didn't seem to care.
