Inferior product

I would like to take the time in telling you that the Messaris Nuts & Crisps GREEK ISLAND TOMATO AND OLIVE is a very poor product.

I bought two packets of chips at Centrepoint Pick and Pay in Milnerton ot 18th February 2020, and am ever so sorry I did. I had to cancel appointments and not venture outside the sanctuary of my home.

I ate the product and now am having extreme cramps and diarrhea. If it was only me one could argue that it might be something else, but we are three in the house and I shared it with my 83 year old mother, whom have also had extensive diarrehea and cramps an extreme fatique The other member of the family did not touch it and he is fine.

So it is safe to say that ithe product is causing this unpleasantness for the past two days. I cant go anywhere due to cramps and extreme diarrehea and find this unexceptable. I bought two packs of chips namely Tomato and olive flavour and origanum and olive flavour. We unfortunately ate the first one, but you can be assured that I will bo discarding the second one in the garbage as I do not like to play with my or my fammily's health. We have now gone through two boxes of imodium. My 83 year old mother is still having it quite severely.

Having to usef a walking aid, she has a difficuilt time in reaching the toilet in time. She is also not impressed with your product and is also very DISGUSTED! It is safe to say that I will NEVER buy any of their products again!.

Numbers on both your packets are as follows BB28/07/20 M11 2/3 so that tells me is the same batch

What would have happened if I was out in a shopping centre, on a flight domestic or international? Surely anyone can immagine how embarrasing something like this could be.

I would like to enquire if there are other instances because if my mom and I ate it and had it, it is safe to say that will never be buying any of their producs ever again.

( I have sent an email to *** on the 20th February 2020 but untill now have not recieved any correspondece from anyone!)
