Too busy to quote. Couldn't care less upon follow up

Apparently Mervyn Pillay of Lenasia(former Glass ****** Aluminium window installations M.D.) thinks its okay to unapologetically tell customer's after three weeks and two follow up calls that he's too busy to even send a quote. Watch out for this guy. Shady as they come. For the entire site visit he did not make eye contact once! This guy has no courtesy whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend him to and feel disgusted by his conduct.
