Disgusting Service delivery

My daughter had to have her eyes retested for new contact lens and glasses, she however did not find the correct frames at Mervyn Chetty, but located it at another optometrist. Four weeks ago we requested the presciption from the receptionist, four weeks and 6 calls later I still had no feedback, the receptionist kept advising that the Dr will return my call.<br> On Friday (6/03/2015), I called them again only this time to speak to the the Dr's wife who advised me that we were not charged for the consult therefore they cannot give me the prescription details, we should now take my daughter for another test and get her the prescription from that DR.<br> I didn't request that we should not be charged or request the DR to give me the her contacts at cost. She further insinuated that the Dr has been very busy and could not return my call. Can he possibly be busy for four weeks?? How unprofessional is that!!!!<br> Also, that the message had been relayed to their receptionist, who didn't follow through and relay it to me, so convenient to pass the buck onto someone else.!!!! I had again requested that the DR contact me directly to clarify my issues, to date still no call..utterly pathetic service.
