Bad service

I have delivered my car on the 4th of September 2024 for front suspension repairs which I have bought some of parts and were delivered with the car what was needed to be bought out of all parts of suspension were the cv (inner and outer) rack ends and the shock mountains which I struggle to get them but the rest were bought by me..the car was there by their workshop from the 4th until the 16th when I was asking for any updates with the progress of the car..remember I hv dropped the car on the 4th but there was never any call or updates to what is happening with my car..when I asked they then told me they hv waiting for the last part which was the rack ends..and it will be delivered the following day ohk I knew that the car is onout to be fixed..yet I gave them time to finish up which was the 17th on the 18th I also asked if they hv any update or the car is fixed..I was then told the parts that was ordered was wrong they have ordered another parts which will be arrived on the 19th then on the 19th I still asked update and I was told that their courier will be arrive on the 20th on the 20th I hv asked if the part arrived Yes it was. And remember I have claimed from insurance which they have Aprooved me of 30% of the money that was charged by mervin car repair. I was then told that I can only get my car when the insurance have paid the 30% if the costs even if I pay the 70% that's outstanding I will still wait for the insurance to pay them first..I then called the insurance to organize the payment which they gave me a go ahead of paying the full amount hence I was in need of the car so that they can pay me the different in to my bank. Which we also argued as they had confirmation letter that the insurance will pay but they still wanted to hold the car back..ohk to cut the stories short on the 24th I went and collected my car on my way home all lights on the dash board came on..I called them and send the screen short they then asked me to bring the car back .my car was dropped to them without those lights now they tried to fix those lights but none were switched off I then went and do my own wheel alignment as yhey did suspension but never do alignment when I get there all the CVS that they hv repaired were all leaking grease I then went back for Second time still they gave me car back saying it's fixed on my way home again lights came back and the car was vibrating from the back side..I then called them and they asked me to bring the car back on my way going to their workshop my car locked all wheel as it was giving a sign of roller back system error wheel monitoring system error ABS and ESP lights where on..when the car locked all wheels I was heading a truck I almost got in to an accident they came and try to pull my car while having locked wheels I hv asked them to recover it as it won't be able to drive but I was to that it's expensive to recover the car and he continued pulling it whi a rope..my car started to bind and tear off the rope I then called my insurance to come and recover my car.. till today they still can't fix my car just a mear suspension damaged the car and took the whole month to be repaired. I am struggling to go to work I just got hired with a new company from the previous work and I am everyday late due that there is no transport to the area that m now working but I do hv a car which mervin car repair has damaged it..I urge to anyone who is stranded with the car because if you take your car to mervin car repair it will end up been damaged mire that the main damage that you had before taking it to mervins this place is situated in the industrial side of burgersfort
