Worst Managing agent

<p>My levy account was debited for repairs done on common property outside my unit. The managing agent got a plumber to do the repairs outside my unit and then added the costs to my levy account which is not as per body corporate rules now they are refusing to reverse the money debited on my account. I have been sending emails and pictures but they are not willing to help me get this rectified. </p>
