Very bad customer services

Blockage of sewerage pipes- overflowing into back yard- feaces and toilet paper floating on lawn- phoned company - same sent in house plumber to property- Tyrones plumbing- bcm problem- Bcm plumbers arrive - not their problem - Tyrones problem- private property - townhouse complex- however they unblocked the drain as act of humanity- after 5 days liaising - 100's of phone calls and promises still living with human waste at kitchen door - very bad customer serves- no call backs- no follow ups just empty promises.... disgusting services
