Unhelpful service from East London branch

<p>I have been trying to resolve an issue with this company for over a month with respect to gaining access to the website. Everytime I contact them, there is an unhappy person who always cannot help. The only person who can help is always out of the office and never returns my phone calls. Despite multiple attempts at using the contact form on the website, no-one has contacted me to resolve this issue. The website is the only way in which information regarding the use of the levies is apparently tabled, as well as notices for the owners. If one cannot gain access to the website, then what? Nothing, according to the helpful staff. For the price that is paid, one would expect decent service. Maybe it is just an East London/Eastern Cape issue. I will definitely table a motion of body corporate change at the next AGM. </p>
