Worst property management company. 1 - Can't allocate funds to proper accounts 2 - Can't provide proper statements 3 - Can't respond to emails and when they do it seems 2 weeks + is the norm 4 - Encourages trustees to enforce discriminatory rules and says it's perfectly ok because they've allowed other people to do it. 5 - Allows random people to approve things they have zero authority to do. 6 - Hires a lawyer to say it's ok we damaged your property, but as a goodwill gesture we will only expect you to pay a small portion of the total amount to fix **** ups we allowed to happen. 7 - Just overall ***********
