Poor Service

We live in a comlex administered by Merville Properties for more than 7 years. During this time we have received such paethetic service from Merville Properties East London. Our complaints relating to the Motorised Gate, Boundary Lights, CCTV, Electric Fencing and Intercom are never resolved properly. Whether you file the complaint on their website or phone them directly days go past before the problem gets attended to and most times the workmanship is unsatisfactory. We have had a gate problem for years and still the problem persists. Sometimes we are not able to get in or out of the complex. Days go past with the gate on manual leaving the owners of their homes of which most are senior citizens exposed and vulnerable. The owners of Merville Property Administrators are *********** and are always too busy to do the work they are paid to do. They are uncoperative, rude and most unhelpful. Merville Property Administrators is the last company I would ever recommend to any person.
