Poor Service

We bought a flat/town house at Mountain View which is administrated by Merville Property, but if was huge mistake to buy place as we got an experience by Merville property, they are such an *********** administrator and there is no service, we have to call them for one small thing so many times, our phone bills are so high because of them, they promise every year in AGM meeting but after meeting nothing happen, we cant even park our car as other tenants got 4 to 5 cars but according to rules only two cars per tenants, because of Merville has no service and when you call Merville they don't even want to talk to us in proper manner, well Merville Property administrators run by *********** people than nothing more to expect. Well done Merville Property, we give you 5 stars in poor service.
