Merville property administrators exploiting black property owners

Merville property administrators in the Western Cape are absolutely ******, who exploit black property owners, they are in coo hoots with this company called Stilus who does late payment recovery and charges exorbitant interest and collection fee without even giving you a warning that your account is in errors, this account which i then settled in 2017 that was handed over to the lawyers debt collectors without my knowledge since i was not receiving any monthly statements and was under the impression that my estate agent was paying the levies but now in 2019 the very same company Stilus claims i owe them R 14788 from a debt that i settled in 2017 and have not received any other communication that there was any another amount that i am owing until now, when i want to sell my flat.
