Bad Management Skills.

Hi to all. I've been staying in a complex for nearly 22 years now. Every year trustees get elected and they make rules and regulations that they expect everyone to adhere to, well two years ago a ruling was implemented that all persons entering and exiting the complex should drive in one direction. road markings were also done and signs put in place. they also stipulated that a fine would be issued if these rulings were not adhered to. some tenants between housing numbers 5 to 17 felt that these rulings do not apply to them and they were exiting in the wrong direction. well this caused a problem for me when i returned from a shopping trip one day. A tenant from No:8 was exiting in the wrong direction and told me that he could exit in any direction that he chooses to. After he used abusive language towards me i contacted Merville and went straight to there office and had a meeting with Mark ( to date nothing has been sorted out) I then went to a police station where i reported the abuse that i had to endure. I had also got a restraining court order against the tenant in No:8. But to date September 2020 nothing has been done regarding Merville and the trustees ruling. Yes i own my house and yes i pay a monthly levy. SO WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?
