I am an owner of a unit at Kalinka Gardens complex that Merville Property Vincent East Londen is suppose to be the property administrator of, the worst, worst service I have ever experienced in my life. No interest in the owner with any querries at all, shocking!!! Tenants are ruling the complex and owners have no say.
