Worst Service app**** 9 Months ago still waiting for a response!!!!!

I have since app**** to write my trade test in September 2019, they claim to have a turn around time of 4 weeks its been 9 months now and i am yet to get a response. The staff seems to be uninformed of their own rules and regulations. on their application form it clearly states that i need 18 Months experience to qualify provided i have my national Diploma which in my case applies but they called me to tell me i suddenly need 3 years experience!!! It has been a unpleasant experience 9 months later i have not received a response and i am on the verge of losing a great opportunity with my employer. It has been a ride from hell with merSETA
