Unhelpful and very confusing service.

<p>I want to set dates for qualifing trade test(s)(Electrician/Red Seal), after having had an assessment (in January 2016)(and training therafter - May 2016), yet merseta insists on creating new and extremely unfiar hoops to jump though for no real reason.</p> <p>A new application form, after having app**** already (because apparently the old form is no longer accepted?) - the new form being EXTREMELY unclear and very, very poorly put together with grammar being that of a child.</p> <p>Another required "certified" document, by a commissioner of oaths (?) stating that I have CONTINUED to work at my workplace after having already supp**** that information that I work there, from the date of assessment to now? What is the purpose of this information if I have already supp**** it?</p> <p>Furthermore, which makes things more frustrating, is that I have chosen to pay for the qualifying procedure privately. It is NOT cheap, yet merSETA is making the process very, very difficult. It would seem that this country does not want artisans. I will mention specific names of persons responsible if I am not assisted.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
