POOR SERVICE FROM MERSETA

Good Day I trust you are well. My Dad sis his trade test 10.12.2019 in durban and has yet to get his certificate. I have been phoning all the branches to get some type of help and not one person answer the phone, not even Merseta head office. 4 emails have been sent over the week and not one response. Please could someone assist me and we need this certificate urgently.
