Poor service delivery

Worst SETA I had ever visited. Started an application to register as a non merseta service provider on the 22 of September 2020. Their system forever loading, when you call the office no one responds. When you visit the office they tell you to make an appointment. When you go as per your appointment, the nsdms system is not working. Poor service delivery indeed.
