Pathetic Service Merseta

I app**** in 2017 for my assessor and moderator approval.I was issued with the moderators certificate but not the assessor. After 7 months of quering I was asked to reply. In 2018 I reapp**** I was told by Ursla Sampler it was approved. Since then I email everyday and call 2 every week and still there is no response from these people.Merseta claims to be the largest seta but they offer the worst service. Raymond Patel needs to offer better service.
