No certificate and no service from Merseta

Trade test done in Feb 2019, 5months later still no cert if I c. Have contacted the Merseta office (Port Elizabeth) a number of times and all they can say is 'they don't know how long it will take'. I have lost out on numerous opportunities as I need my certificate to prove I am qualified.
