Good day

My name is Sizwe Mkhonza, I am staying in Soweto I wrote my (trade test) on the 2nd of April 2019 and all my documents were submitted to (merSeTA) because I was under (merSeTA) during my apprentice and the only communication I had with them was through emails and telephone but because I was calling them non stop to get help they ended up blocking my phone because I was desperate to get my (trade certificate) and I was left with one communication which is email's and I lost lot of opportunities because I couldn't apply anywhere because (merSeTA) never cared about me and the treatment that (merSeTA) gave me I can't even explain it in words but what I felt was pure ************** and most of the time depression is killing me because I can't get my (trade certificate) and I did work so hard to get that (trade certificate) and I hope they hear me loud and clear, I am grateful for this platform hellopeter

I will highly appreciate a positive feedback because (merSeTA) never gave one
