MerSeta Rosslyn ?? No customer focus at ALL

After writing trade test and institution sending the results does MerSeta "only" receive it almost a month later. I had to query the certificate before they magically all of a sudden received the results later the day. Then you are being told that your certificate will only be printed and be ready in 3 months. No customer focus at all!!
