Inaccurate Information

<p>My husband qualified in 2002. He did his aprenticeship through a company which has since closed down. We recently requested his contract and academic transcripts from merseta. They then reverted back to us saying "he did not do an apprentice he qualified under section 28". How can they supply us with such false information when we know that he has done his training at Western Province Technical College and has all his level certificates. What a poor level of service. </p>
