<p>I qualified for my trade test certificate in January 2014,I haven't received my certificate since it has been issued out November same year...iv been told the certificate has been collected out the the person called keith charles which nobody knows off.i than app**** for a duplicate certificate in may 2015 up until today the certificate hasn't been issued out.</p>
