Disappointing Service

One star isnt even deserved. My husband qualified back in Sep'25 in PE. Its end of Jul'26. Almsot a year has passed and we have not received his red seal. I have sent multiple emails following up (3 months of following up), requesting updates and nothing. I keep getting a "we are working on this" or "HV Consultant is the problem, they didn't accredit the learners at the time". Yet, I received the papers as proof that he is qualified...I even asked for a manager to escalate this to and well still nothing. I am extremely disappointed in this service we are receiving, pathetic! How can someone qualify and after a year still no certificate with NO answers?? I would never again recommend for any trades person to use MerSETA... Sies!
