Certificate not issued in 6 months

Anneliese<br> <br> My son wrote his trade test on the 27th October 2014 and to date has not received his certificate as there is always an excuse that some document is missing. When phoning in the person in charge is never available. I have sent e-mails and have also not received a response. He would like to enroll at Unisa but needs his certificate. How are they ever going to close the skills gap when it takes 5 years to do an apprenticeship.<br> <br> <br>
