Bad Service

I have requested information in regards to obtaining a original document of my Trade Test since 25 May 2015.I received info from Olifantsfontein and was told to contact them in regards to obtaining a original of my Trade Test Certificate. The reference they gave me to use is A00178/GH195. I need original certificate and report of same. I have since not received any feedback at all. I have emailed and called without any success. On 15 June 2015 I lodged a complaint on their website after which I received a email from Kgomotso Ntosoko asking a Lizbeth to please respond and resolved said request.<br> <br> I again send emails on 18 & 26 June 2015 & 7 July 2015 requesting assistance. Up to date I have not received any feedback of any kind from them. I urgently need said documents.<br>
