Lack of response to emails/order

I emailed an order for cardboard boxes to Merrypak in Cape Town in the last week of January, received no response and after forwarding the order 3 more times I eventually phoned her, only to be told there was no stock and I would have to wait 2 weeks.<br> It's almost a month later and I'm still waiting for notification, email or invoice informing me my order is ready for shipment.<br> I emailed late yesterday to enquire and waited until midday today without response. I have since emailed to exclaim how bad the service response is, and STILL NOTHING.<br> If anyone sells small cardboard boxes and can comment on this, please do! Thank you
