Fantastic service from Victor Merrypak Pinelands

I recieved great service today from Victor at Merrypak in Pinelands. Actually the whole experience at Merrypak was pretty amazing...

My husband enquired earlier (Victor assisted him) with a stationary list and shortly after he had left, my daughter and I arrived. After asking for Victor, we were welcomed by a friendly staff member (Victor) who assisted me with the long list of items required. He was very helpful, made notes of what he can order and showed me alternatives to what was outstanding. He even mentioned the value card, which I now have.

It was such a pleasant experience... Having Vistor help us, the male cashier smiling and making sure the items were correct, to the coffee shop staff and two women smiling in the kitchen (Your steak sandwich was Devine BTW) to the gentleman with the blue Merrypak labeled black sweater smiling as we drove out.

Merrypak management, your staff left me confused and happy at the sametime. I don't know where you get your employees or what you do to maintain their spirit- but whatever you're doing... Keep doing it!

You have an amazing group of people working there.

We will definitely be back.
