Men's black waterproof hikers

I have a shoe query. Mailed the official website six times. Not one courtesy reply. I paid R1800 for a pair of black waterproof trail shoes. The "leather" is peeling. Nowhere near waterproof. I have moved over to Hi Tec. Your customer service is non existant.
