Bad Operational Methods

Took my vehicle for a water leak to be fixed. The first time he tried he bypassed the radiator which caused my heating systems not to work. Then I had to go back a 2nd time for the heating system, he **** and said he told me about the heating not going to work and only then said the radiator had to be replaced (why not do that in the first place). He wanted to charge me for 2 hours labour again after I had paid for 3 hours already the first time... plus he added R650 to the price of the radiator. I refused to pay the 2nd labour charge. NOW the leak is there again, he refuses to give me the original invoice for the radiator so I can take it to another workshop and also won't work on my car unless I pay labour again. Ask him for the original invoices of parts placed in your vehicle (which is now YOUR property by law) He refuses to do so. I wonder why?
