Issue with a lawyer

<p>I took specs at Merline with Medical aid, there was an amount of R250 I was suppose to pay but I knew it at a later stage. They gave me a summons of R300. I paid R250 then I noticed that they were already deducting the sum of R300 starting from 2010 up to now. The lawyer that is deducting is ref no is ********** 2010. Would you kindly help me get my refunds and cancel this.</p>
