Merlin agency

<p> </p> <p>I rented a flat with merlin agency at Eden hof klerksdorp i paid my 1st deposit with the agency and my second deposit was paid into the owner of the flat's bank account then i confirmed with the agent by the name of kotie, her reply was no its fine it doesnt matter i confirmed with the owner you paid its fine. Then a few months later i have to move out, the owner of merlin agency tells me she wont pay back my deposit nd that its my problem while at that time they confirmed to recieving my deposit still today i am still waiting for her email refusing to pay back that deposit... so guys b very carefull when dealing with merlin agency</p>
