Kotie Van der Westhuizen and her manager Jakkie Odendaal are the worst estage agents and they are giving the profession a bad reputation. I rented my property in Doringkruin with Merlin properties since 2015 and I had endless problems with them. I have incurred a R27 000 Municipality water bill which was left by tenants and they allowed their handyman to go into my house to ***** my shower doors which he supposed to fix. They are only interested in making money and they are dishonest. They deducted money to pay municipal rates but they did not pay the municipality.
