Worst Online Store
<p>Merkado is the worst online store out there. They promise delivery within 10 working days and don’t live up to it or communicate with you that there is a delay. I called them multiple times and each time was promised a different delivery date with each date getting further and further away. I finally receive communication from them stating that my order will be delivered a month and a half after the original order date and it exceeds their maximum 21 working day delivery by an additional week. I would never placing any order with them.</p>

As discussed via telephone, We apologies for the delays and not communicating as we should have. We take 7 to 21 working days to deliver orders and usually deliver in 10 working days. If there are any delays that is when we take 21 working days. You ordered from us on the 3rd of February and it is now 18 working days. You should expect to receive your order on Wednesday 1 March as communicated.
