Unprofessional Services
<p>Called today 23/03/2017 to get a quote on a projector, was told by sales consultant Bridget that she couldnt help and that i needed to check out their website, I insisted on speaking to the manager and was put through to Dee who was reluctant to give me her name, she also didnt want to assist and when I asked to speak to her senior, told me that she was the senior. She owns the store, if this is her level of service why does she have sales consultants? I found this extremely unprofessional and an absolute waste of time.</p> <p> </p>
