Unfulfilled Promises

After three "unexpected delays" I am still waiting for longer than a month for my delivery. I have requested via email for reasons why it has been delayed, and i have also requested the return and cancellation policy. I have received no reason why it has been delayed and I have received no response to my request for the cancellation and return policy. Nobody answers the phone when I call to discuss with customer care either. The SCARY thing is that the rating MERKADO has on bidorbuy is misleading and suggests to buyers that they will have a good experience. It is COMPLETELY not aligned with the vast amount of poor reviews on Hellopeter. STAY AWAY from this UNPROFESSIONAL business!
