Took my money and **** about refunding me

On the 28th of November I purchased 2 items from Merkado for just under R600.00. I paid the same day and got notification from them of payment and also from my bank.

Merkado later sent me a notification that the items I ordered were out of stock (even though their website clearly stated 'in stock' even a day or two after they told me this) and then offered to refund me. I gave them my correct banking details and they said they refunded me.

It is now 21 December, and yet to receive any refund after emailing them several times. The only response I get is that they sent the refund request through to PayFast (I didn't do any transaction through PayFast) and they are taking it up with 'Finance'.

This is pathetic service. They have my order, they have proof of payment, they even notified me of payment. They have my banking details. There is NO EXCUSE for not sending me a refund.
