Ordered, paid for a rather expensive item. Never received item; numerous e-mails to and from customercare ( misnomer as it does not exist) promising refund that never happened. Phone number does not exist. Premises listed as address is in a security complex - does not answer calls. THIS IS A MAJOR ***********!!!
