SUN LOUNGERS

I have been looking for loungers all over Cape Town, found two for R800 ea plus delivery of R100. I paid R1700 for these two loungers in total on the 27th November 2017. After sending many emails I eventually got a message from Sindi Ndlezane Ticket No. 268 on the 30th November, 2017, to state that this is now with the Finance Dept and it would be paid back to me via Payfast. I cannot even get on their website at the moment, states that it is waiting. I have tried phoning them on numerous occasions, but it goes straight through to Mailbox. I have left so many messages on the system, but no one bothers phoning back. I cannot believe that they are able to do business in this disgusting way.
