Strongly advise against using this company

Further to my previous review, I was last week asked to send a picture of my incorrect product they have sent and I have heard absolutely zero from them since. I note their response on hellopeter.com is a generic one, everyone gets the same response. They very well know my order number. I will have to make time next week to find them at their offices in Joburg, travelling from KZN to visit family. I will return the incorrect product and want a refund. If no joy there is always the Consumer Protection Act, and their website should be taken down. This is really bad, I have not had this problem with other sites but I suppose a bad apple comes along sooner or later.
