Refund
I made a purchase early January and I never received my order. I requested for a refund on the 8th of February and i still haven't received my money. I keep being told that the finance team is "working on it". How long does it take to make a refund? I'm really disappointed, don't shop on merkado - slow to non-existent delivery and issues with refunding customers!!
