Poor service
On Jan 18th I placed an order with you. I paid R1300, order nr 4188. Expected delivery was for 5-9 Feb. On Feb 12th I emailed to follow up as delivery was late. No reply. On Feb 13th I followed up again. No reply. On Feb 14th you rep**** acknowledging the delay, no further information. On Feb 20th I followed up and asked for a refund. No reply. On Feb 21st you acknowledged delay again and estimated delivery 5-9 March. On March 12 I followed up again and requested a refund again. No reply. It's the 19th today, two months after I paid you R1300. I'm requesting a refund. Again.
