Payment made with no delivery

After a complaint last week about non-delivery someone from Merkado phoned me with yet another empty promise that they would let me know later on the same day when delivery would be. No one phoned back. Merkado took my money without delivering the goods to me. They shouldn't be allowed to do business anymore.

As advised by customer care, part of the customer order has been delivered and we are just awaiting for the 2nd part of the order - tracking numbers will follow.

Patience phoned me back yesterday and was friendly and efficient. Although there is no explanation as to why there was incorrect communication to me that a replacement order has been sent out or that they are waiting for stock, she told me that I will receive the outstanding part of the order next week.
