No delivery, No customer care.

I paid for and got a confirmation for an order on the 26th of January 2018. The order confirmation stated 'Your order is being processed and it should be reasonable to expect receipt of your order within 7-21 working days from the date of payment receipt. But usually we deliver within 7 to 10 working days. Should we expect any delays in processing or shipping your order, you will be promptly notified. ' Don't believe this statement, I got no notification regarding any problems with my order and when I sent a mail to customer care at Merkado after 28 days, I got no reply. Then 5 days later I sent a second mail, with no reply. I then tried to call and eventually someone answered the phone after trying for more than six hours to get through. While I was on the phone, I got an email reply from Merkado stating the following 'GOOD NEWS, your order will be shipped during the week of the 18th of March'. How intending to ship an order 2 months after payment was recieved, is good news is beyond me. So the long and short of the complaint, don't expect any deliveries from Merkado to be delivered even close to the promised dates and don't expect any customer care!!!
